After 14 wonderful years in business, Seduction Beauty Salon has recently taken an exciting step forward, moving from our home based salon into our beautiful new commercial space!

With this exciting growth comes the need to introduce a cancellation policy to help us protect our time, continue to grow our business, and ensure we can offer appointments to as many clients as possible.

 

We completely understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up. However, to respect our time and the clients who may be waiting for an appointment, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

 

As a courtesy, we will send appointment reminders via text message and do our very best to confirm your booking in advance to help you avoid any cancellation fees.

 

Cancellation Fees

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 30% of your scheduled service total will apply.

• Missed appointments (no shows): A cancellation fee of 30% of your scheduled service total will apply.
